Privacy policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information OpenTech Service collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers that help us run this site: Google (email, form responses, calendar booking, analytics and hosting) and Microsoft (Clarity). They process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy and privacy.microsoft.com. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics and session-recording cookies are only set if you allow them. You can accept all, reject all, or choose which ones to allow, and change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as rejecting both. The booking calendar that appears after you send the form comes from Google and may use Google’s own cookies to work.

How long we keep it

We keep form answers, messages, booking details and analytics data for as long as we need them to work with you, improve the site and keep our business records, or longer if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

Documents you send us

Files you share with us as a client are handled under our service agreement with you, not this website policy.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
